I am sorry

I am sorry

A Poem by Emma

We get into a fight
I blame it on that girl
You say you wont come over again
It is late, probably around midnight

You begin to walk away
I cry out to you
I try to apologize
But you won't look my way

Couldn't you see? I was heartbroken
I tried to talk to you
But you refused
You wouldn't listen

I mess everything up
Its all I know to do
But please forgive my mistakes
I care about you

I know I am just a child
but I need you in my life
Please don't leave me
The pain is worse than mild

You know I am sorry
And I'll scream it to the world
And I'll admit that
Life is no party

How many times do you want me to say it?
I am sorry
