Self Doubt

Fear kills more dreams than failure ever will

When you see the world

as an opportunity,

you deny yourself the comfort

of predictability. 

The rational, functional world

governed by self-centred humanity

is much more appealing 

than that of possibility,

because if you admit that you

have the potential to alter invariability

who can say what will be unleashed?

Where your mind will take you

with ambition untamed

and hope-no belief-destroying

your dictatability.

Endless horizons, miles of

sands stretching ahead,

stride away from conventionality

to sculpt your own future.

The design is already inside you.

Pick up the mallet and have confidence

in support, in God, in life,

in Yourself.

To aspire for normality;

to seek the flattened grass

is to sentence yourself to regret

with neglected dreams unformed 

and the world skipping along

parading it's flag of conformity.

Redefine your limits.

Yes, dictatability (dictate-ability) is not a word-sorry I couldn't think of a replacement.
