My Pink Ribbon

My Pink Ribbon that I wear upon my shirt has so much meaning

It means to many strength, respect, and remembrance

But to me it means so much more

Strength: for me and the ones I love to be strong and keep our faith and to believe things will be better

Respect: To give to that of those who are inflicted with the disease that causes many hearts to weaken

Rememberance: To remember those who fought long and hard not for themselves but for others and now live with God

My Pink Ribbon is so much more than a small piece of fabric

It keeps me going everyday
