Craving seven

Days with you

Body longing to spasm

As I snuggle next to you

Voice a phantom in my mind

Yearning to hear you in real time

Wild as a moose,

sweet as an apricot

Saying you’re clairvoyant-

Believing you,

When you say-

We’re destined to meet

That moment we-

exchanged digits,

No longer wanted you

A mere phantom-

of my mind

Knew I wanted more,

More of you in my life

Fantasies always-

Lingering on my mind

You mangle my worries

Crushing them with ease

Please be the one-

Who’s more than-

just my favorite tease

Zero bitterness when thinking of you

My makeup not frumpy-

As I take a picture for you

Like milk curdling with lemon-

it does not blend well

When conversing-

we’re attracted like magnets,

connected like glue

Craving seven days

Surrounded by you

Hi Emily, thank you for participating in the 10 Words I Give contest. I enjoyed this romantic poem; sweetly lustful. "Like milk curdling with lemon" gives way to all action, no talk!
