Because of YouA Poem by Theo RatcliffeThe inspiration to write this poem came from two of my closest friends, and has problems that I think many teens face today. (this is coming from one)
The cuts that bled.
The scars she hid. The pain that stayed. Because of one thing. The life she faced. The days of hate. The tears she shed. Because of one thing. Her body lied there. A knife in her hand. A note on the ground. Because of one thing. The people that cried The holes in their hearts. Their life won't be the same. "All because of you"
