WonderingA Poem by Duckey
You yell at me
Loud and angry Your voice full of venom Your fists clenched by your sides You yell and yell You tell me you hate me That you need more space That you can't handle me anymore I stand there wondering what I've done You yell louder And throw insults at my face Daggers to my chest With every words I stand there wondering what I've done You turn your back And tell me "just leave" Then you open the door and say And "don't come back" I leave, wondering what I've done A week passes And you ask me to talk You tell me you're sorry And I ask you What did i even do? But you wont tell me And you get up and leave The door slamming in my face Tears running down my cheeks as I stand there, wondering what I've done
