I'm all Yours

I'm all Yours

A Poem by Em

You helped me heal,

You helped me be free.

You’re a big deal,

You hold the key.

The key to my heart,

You have I have fallen for.

We will never be apart,

Of you I expect no more.

No more than love,

No more than protection.

You come above,

You’re perfection.

You are my world,

You’re my king.

In your arms I become curled,

I don’t need no engagement ring.

Not to say I’m yours,

Not to be called an object.

It’s not about years,

It’s about how we connect.

We connect like no one ever has,

We go together like rain and cloud.

When we have pizzazz,

We’re not loud nor proud.

You have my heart in a knot,

You’ve caught me.

Me you have taught,

You taught me to be free.

I have fallen so deeply in love with you,

You make my day.

I feel brand-new,

You’re my sun ray.

You make me feel warm and fuzzy,

You make me the happiest I’ve been in years.

I’m no longer muzzy,

I have no more fears.

I’m all yours,

I’m never leaving.

You’re no longer hers,

You’re not deceiving.

As this poem comes to an end,

I wanted to tell you I love you Beau.

You’re my best friend and boyfriend,

You fixed my glow.
