Stuck With Pain

Stuck With Pain

A Poem by I Am Svetlana

I'm needing someone to talk to

I call my friends

And of course none of them bother to pick up

Nor call me back.

Great...So I am alone.

Stuck to deal with this pain.

I am thinking about taking a silver pin.

Sliding it across my pale wrist

Watching it create that red line

That represents my fear for myself.

Who am I and why am I thinking like this?

That was the past, this is now.

It should be different.

But obviously this story has to be mine.

Running along someone else's storyline.

How am I to fix this pain that is felt?

I have cried for twenty nonstop minutes

For no reason

What is wrong with me?
