It was a lovely poem, full of emotion. However, I wasn't so sure about the line "You are mine forever" It sounded a bit possesive. Maybe you could change it to "I am yours forever"?
And the second line didn't sound quite right "It is all for me, you and your feelings" It was confusing and I'm not sure what you were trying to say.

I liked it though, it was a sweet poem :)
