White Noise

White Noise

A Poem by I Am Svetlana

I hear rain on the roof tonight.
Do I weep or do I pray?
White noise bothers me--
silence that sings.
It can transform things
which hide inside my head.
Eager to leave
the burden of things,
but it doesn't mean
I love you less.
Strange happenings when
two hearts collide.
With love like this,
I hope it sounds like rain.
