Lost souls

I see you every night
When the world is asleep, you peep in through my window
And remind me of a million memories
I never met you , but I know your soul
In this world of illusion,

We're separated by infinity
But it feels like you're always there with me
Without knowing I've known you for decades,

Sometimes we get images of a person or place we've never met or been to . You get glances and they provoke that automatic urge in you to run back to that place that person and freeze time.
