The day that you left me,
There was no longer any purpose.
Days spent in agony,
Always seemingly endless.
The years spent by your side.
The memories...
All reminders of the horrible tragedy,
That was our love.
Or was it not our love,
But my love for you,
That caused this eternal void?
I do not know your reasoning.
All that was said was,
''You no longer make me happy.''
That hurt most of all.
