Just recently wrote this one.

"

Nostalgia can be so painful.
When I'm standing here alone.
Wishing I could feel your hand in mine.
But it can never be. Oh it can never be.

 

Thinking back on those memories...
I can't stop the tears anymore.
I wish you were here...yet I'm glad you aren't.
Because it can never be. Oh it can never be.

 

I want to hear your voice once more.
I've tried calling you so many times.
But my voice is so quiet...
And it can never be. Oh it can never be.

 

I'll continue walking this road made for one.
Hoping, maybe one day our paths will cross again.
With different circumstances then before.
Since it can never be. Oh it can never be.
I'll pretend you're here with me.
