Charmed Fate

A role play/story between me & a friend. We use the characters from the show Charmed & the movie Lord of the Rings; we don't own the characters except the ones we made up ourselves

The Halliwell Manor was completely empty of people except for Arianna and Leandria. The rest of the family was off attending to other things: Paige at Magic School, Piper at the club, P3 and, Pheobe at work; the boys were off tending charges. Arianna was lounging in the conservatory, reading, while Leandria went of to take a relaxing shower.

 

It was nice for the Manor to be silent for once. no sounds of fear or angry shrieks towards all that dwell in the home. Leandria slipped out of her pajamas and stepped into the shower, the fogged glass blurring her form. She left the door open, as she hated when the mirror fogged, and she was pretty sure Arianna wouldn't be peeking in on her. the hot water fell over her shoulders, instantly relaxing her tensed body. She loved warm showers, because no one or nothing could bother her.

 

After what seemed like hours in the shower of heaven, she turned the water off and stepped out of the sauna like shower stall. Out in the  hallway, Craig Lighted in, standing right in front of the open bathroom door where Leandria stood, naked. Craig glanced into the room, his face flushing before he turned his head the other way.

 

"Arianna!" he screamed, sounding rather frightened, his stance like he was waiting to fight. "For Pete's sake Leandria, put some clothes on!" He took a step forward to keep her from view.

 

Leandria's face immediately went from embarrassed to angry. She wasn't sure if she was angry for him seeing her or, the fact that he didn't seem interested. Pushing the thought aside, she wrapped a towel around her still dripping wet body and ran after him.

 

"Craig Parker!" she squealed, throwing her hands at him, attempting to blow him up. Instead, a nearby vase exploded. "You pervert!"

 

"D****t!" Leandria cursed. "I missed."

 

 

Arianna dropped the book she was reading, The Canterbury Tales , and dashed from the conservatory, nearly running into her older brother. One glimpse of his face told her there was danger coming. Behind him, she could see Leandria standing on the stair, wrapped in a towel, seething. By the look in her eyes, it seemed that she had tried to blow him up-- again.

 

"Craig, what did you do this time?" she asked, laughing.

 

"Well, I ..." he started. "Nevermind that! Ari, there's a demon coming." He took old of her bare shoulders as she was in a halter top and jeans.

 

Suddenly he Lighted away in pieces, reforming back into himself seconds later.

 

"Lea! Stop trying to blow me up!" he begged as she did it again.

 

Though, instead of him returning, a demon appeared in his place only to be blown up by Leandria. Arianna blinked as Craig came back. When he did, he saw the remains of the demon, he gave a sort of 'harrumph' as if to tell his sister, 'I told you so.' She stuck her tongue out at him and walked past him to Leandria's side.

 

The oak front door opened as Piper walked in, closing it behind her. The dark haired woman stopped in her tracks in the middle of the foyer, confused. She saw Arianna and Leandria standing together and Craig standing in the entrance of the conservatory, arms crossed.

 

"What happened here?" she demanded.

 

"Well," Arianna began. "Craig brought home a demon and Lea blew him up while trying to blow Craig up... again." she grinned at her surrogate mother.

 

"What?! Blew him up?" Piper repeated.

 

"Well, I mean, it's not like she already tries to every other day." the copper haired teenage girl pointed out matter of factly.
