writer's block.
A Poem by Elena
staring at a page for hours.
nothing is pure, and nothing is safe, from the monster of self consciousness and the bitterness of self hate.
no word is right, no sentences fits; nothing is in the proper structure, and your grammar is s**t.
it's too raw, or it's too contrived, nothing is good enough for their eyes.
no topic is fresh, and your style is stale; this has as much charm as teenage chain mail.
it's too long, or it's too short, but regardless, it's time to abort.

Great job!
It's true, writer's block can be a real pain in the neck. No matter how hard you try, either you have it or you don't. Every one goes through it, at one time or the other, and sometimes you feel like screaming in frustration because it claws you from the inside.
I really liked it.
