Chapter Six- I knew this’d be troubleA Chapter by EllieI smiled as I held Alice close to me, her head buried in my chest, and my wings wrapped protectively around her as I kissed her head before resting my cheek on the top of her head. I just relaxed as I felt her relax; I couldn’t be happier that she was still with me and hadn’t just freaked out and run off. “Are you sure you’re ok Alice?” I asked gently and she nodded before kissing my cheek. “I mean… it’s weird… but it’s cool” she replied with another smile. Suddenly there was a loud cracking noise, spinning around I saw a man bust the window open before he walked in, his eyes red and his hair bright green, he was a dragon, I could sense it, and the dark green in his hair suggested he was a green dragon I knew all too well. He looked around and growled, low in his throat. “What do you want dad?” I asked, standing protectively in front of Alice, my wings out straight so she was completely blocked from his sight. “You revealed yourself to a mortal.” He growled and I nodded. “Yes… because I love her, and she deserves to know the truth” I replied as I looked up at the man in front of me. “Dad?” Alice asked from behind me and I turned quickly before nodding. “Yeah… this is my dad… Talon” I replied as I sighed a little and looked back to the green haired male. “Well… that won’t do now will it? We’re going to have to sort out your little girlfriend” he smirked and I hissed, moving more in front of Alice and moving back so that she was at the door. “Go” I hissed at her, but she didn’t run, she shook her head and held her ground, while I was preoccupied trying to get Alice to leave, dad got around me and grabbed her before she extending his wings and few out the window. © 2014 Ellie |
