Rush, Blush and Flushed

Rush, Blush and Flushed

A Poem by Ellen Mary

Remember the rush

Not thinking at all
What could this be
Im going so far into this
And my mind sets me free
Let me know what you think

Theres no way that you cant
Want this and me and everything
You cant even blink

You don’t want me out of your sight
Lets fight for each other
Spend the night with each other
Just talking and laughing and not touching at all
But wanting to so bad

Wanting the same things leading to those amazing dreams
Waiting and squeezing every last drop out of this little sponge that we share
Not having a care at all in anything else but each other’s eyes
And each other’s smile
Want to smile together as one
Teeth clicking

You step once and I step twice
Dancing side by side on the sidewalk
A jumping bean and a side of rice
Yum yum, the smells and flavours
We are so enticed, thank you five senses
Thank you so, damn, much!

Tonight im going to roll the dice
And if the numbers aren’t right
You can flip ‘em for me
Flick ‘em for me
And for yourself
If ya know what I mean

Well, I guess there is nothing left to say
But lots to do...
Wink, wink.
