Little boy in the moon

Little boy in the moon

A Poem by Ellejune
"

About the loss of a baby - still born

"

Taken to soon

From the womb

A life that can’t be lived

A path now crumbles

For what could have been

And what they had to give

Taken to soon

From the womb

The joy and happiness over

For this little boy

Was to bring such joy

But now such pain and anger

Taken to soon

From the womb

Into the great wide world

No eyes will open

No mouth will breathe

All there to be is a family to greave

The loss of a life

The loss of a sole

But with hope there is tomorrow

Taken to soon

From the womb

Gone but never forgotten

For the love still stands

The thoughts still strong

For his memory will still go on

Taken to soon

Little boy in the moon
