I know people like this, people who have deluded themselves into believing their own messed up version of events...and I have known people who would sooner lie to your face than tell the truth, even if the truth is easier...this is a good, strong piece, and I liked it. Thank you for posting it for us. I especially like what your acronym L.I.E.S. stands for. It is so true.
