Friendship in the WillowsA Poem by Ellen Brook
Strolling over the tranquil bay
where thousands of comets lay, I met you through the willow trees surrounded by the honey bees. I closed my eyes and visualized a spaceship that came disguised, the breeze blew through my hair as I ran through the sunshine prairies, I met you so well and soon bid you farewell. Though the eyes hold all the memories I wish I never forget you, walking barefoot in the ol' sea meadow where hazels and willows, remember that we met someday and left away.
