A good day

Today was a good day, I spent time with an amazing friend... Went for a nice walk and enjoyed the fresh spring air!

Spring has sprung
The birds chirp such a song
My sore heart has made it this long
I am more ready to face the world then ever
In time, Things will get better
My mind drifts away, Light as a feather
Will I ever change? Never
Hold my head up and smile
Wont you stay for a while
Lets sip some tea together
Talk about how we will be friends
Forever
