Waiting

Waiting

A Poem by Elizabeth Porterfield
"

Waiting on something rarely given within humanity.

"
Standing on the jagged pedistal
of fear and pain and pride
Waiting
Waiting
Waiting for what
I have no idea.
Maybe healing
Maybe peace
Maybe a light
To lead me through the cold dark night
But I never find it
Will I ever?

In the words from princess bride "I hate wait." I liked it :)

healing originates within your ownself.it does:-),i find it an honest expression of the agony which you feel, while going through the voids within yourself..
