The Five Stages

The Five Stages

A Poem by Eliza
"

My fiew on the five stages of grief, or when one recieves terrible news.

"

Denying it
Not believing
Not me
Didn’t do wrong
No

Anger rolling over
Screaming at the world
Don’t deserve
Hate it all
NEVER

Trying to change it
Not now
Find way to stop
Just more time
Please no

Hopelessness
No changing
All lost
Crying
Why?

All to late
Past has happened
Can’t change
Can’t hide
Can’t forget
It’s ok

All to late
Past has happened
Can’t deny it
Can’t hate
Can’t change
Can’t drown in sorrow
Have to accept
Have to understand
Have to go on
Have to let go
