Don't Drown Yourself

Don't Drown Yourself

A Poem by Elie Marie

Don't drown yourself
Listen
Reach out a hand
take a deep breath
Listen to the truth
Your heart is trying to tell you
Don't drown yourself.

Don't drown yourself
Happiness is to be had
It follows honesty
take a deep breath
listen to your heart
Reach out.
Don't drown yourself.

Don't drown yourself.

aww thanks :)
Is this like one of those feelings you get when your close to the edge and on top of a very tall building, or cliff and you get that urge to just jump?

no, this is like one of those feelings you get when you're watching someone drown themselves.
Good advice and wisdom in the poem. We need to reach out for help. We can't do all things alone. Thank you for sharing the excellent poetry.
