If you catch yourself thinking, then you’ve got to start over at one. I know that. Shush! Blank slate blank slate blank slate. *Tabula rasa.* Shush! Blank slate... One. How long do I wait? Shush! (You will know.) One. ... There is a car passing by. Damn! Shush! It’s not working, I can’t be a blank slate (Like a blank sheet your mind is white. Use the fabric to blunt the edges of your thoughts and they will fade away.) Let’s try it! Blank sheet... One. ... Two. ... So this is what he meant. Shush! Blank sheet... One. ...
