Chapter Twenty-one 

Caltaya’s POV

“Is this a dream?” I ask.

“Do you want it to be?” The Prince of Stars replies.

“No,” I whisper. “I want it to be real. I want you to be real. I. I need you to be real.”

“Why’d you do it Taya?” he asks, looking at me with wide eyes.

“Do what?” I whisper.

“Become this person. Someone I don’t even know anymore,” he answers, his voice just as soft.

“Because she took you from me!” I cry. “Don’t you know that?! She! She killed you!”

“Is that what you think?” he demands.

“Yes!” I shout.

He walks over and grabs my shoulders. “It’s not true! Taya it’s not true!”

I throw his hands off me, “IT IS! I WAS THERE! And I will get revenge!”

When I opened my eyes the house was crumbled around me. But that didn’t matter. Mutt was gone. Probably ran back to Godville. To her. A smile forms on my face. Oh yes. That was good. Very good. Because now I could get my revenge.
