Winter Battle

Winter Battle

A Poem by Chelsea Marie

As though the world had begun in snow,
It fell from the sky,
And the wind.
The sound of hooves draped over the snow,
A gallant rhythm in the mountains.
They are rather morose,
Swords slam against each other,
Back and forth.
Echoing.
