So called friend

So called friend

A Poem by idk
"

Soo a couple weeks ago I wrote this but I thought it was s**t. Then yesterday a good friend read it and said it was good and I should put it here.

"

As they become older

I come into their lives

They enjoy me at first

Spend time with me and think there the luckiest person in the world

Then it starts.

I ignore them

Pretend like I never knew them.

At first they ignore it.

Act like nothing happened.

But I make them weak

They worry and cry

And think, “What did I do to deserve this?”

If I’m real good

Then they become friendless

Soon it becomes too much.

They end their lives

I act if I was sad

But I know my job is done.

I then move on to the next victim

What am I?

Everyone knows me.

I have many faces

And many bodies

I have many names

And so much power.

I’m in all of your lives

Ruining them and even ending them

I never get blamed for my crimes

Because I never look like I could do these horrible things

Still don’t understand?

Let me explain

I’m your so-called friend
