Paradigm of the CluelessA Poem by Eldridge Dulatascycle of poverty, unfairness of fate, paradigm of the poor. Two wandered in the darkness,
waiting for the unknown Both journey started with
innocent tears One showered everyone with
happiness the other, frown In an uneven circumstance but
both cause fears All product of love in different
understanding Rules of the land bind the one,
the other nothing The fruit of the united is
treated as blessing And the other was branded as an
addition to suffering The wanderers was nurtured in the
terrene differently One is living on par with a king,
the other a servant The king-like surface the land
with shoes and a full tummy Servant walks barefoot, begging
ration to masses for sustainment Sure existence couldn’t get any
harder, but fate is not his ally As the crippling wanderers’
progenitors gave life to its seventh offspring While the life of the fortunate
wanderer remained luxuriant despite a modest family The unfortunate one is grieving,
cornered as if the only escape is, dying Surprisingly, both aged up,
capable of standing alone Fates’ friend continue his
triumphant run in life The victim live a little better
compared to old home What deemed as a mishap occurred
in the past, felt forever Repeated itself as if the lesson
did not mattered The unfortunate grown man started
life for a new wanderer Both in tears but the aged one is
shattered The younger one cries innocently,
clueless on what’s about to unfold Covered in the darkness, left to
die in the cold The unfortunate wanderer
questioned the life he lived He ran away from the sound of tears
of his beloved kid Then he saw the lucky wanderer,
enjoying the life he received He then realized that life is no
way fair Hopeless, the wanderer failed to
resist the wrath of fate Whispers with his final breathe
the same question in the air Why did one had to live in such
dire condition Died clueless, because only fate
