Run.
Foot over foot,
Heel beyond toe.
Over and over and over we go.
The shadows, they grasp
They tickle with glee
but somewhere
someone
is calling my name.
So I keep on going.
Okay, this is my new favorite from you! When we run from something, most times what we're running from (what I'm presuming the shadows are) catch up with us and hit us ten times harder. Being able to run from something and escape the backlash is an amazing feeling. When we let go. This was so awesome, I'm putting it in my favorites. I think it's so clever and really well written. It describes what lots of people go through, making it relatable, which the best works of writing are. Super fantastic job on this, and sorry if I rambled too long.

Like a soft breeze with voices within ~ to call you... lovely!
After reading this poem three times, I had several ideas. It is a great poem that opens doors. I think it is about faith, relationships, pursuit of goals, motivation, self assurance and responsibility or even more. Good Work!
