Reflections on genuine love...

"

All that matters is love. The love you give saves you, and ultimately, saves the universe. It is a strange thing really. Because genuine love is selfless, it is the self which is saved with an open heart. Imagine that! It is the self which creates judgment, which in turn nullifies genuine love by giving the heart conditions and restricts the natural energy of the heart. Yet, it is the dissolution of the limitations of the self (belief systems, paradigms, etc.) which allows perfect love to "flow" unheeded and without judgment. It amuses me to hear some people say "It is our duty to love one another." The concept of duty in and of itself is a self-serving act, thus rendering the act conditional. One must realize the difference between what is self-serving and what is genuinely selfless. This is the difference between Hitler and Gandhi. Yet, it must be noted that this difference is not deciphered in the mind alone, but in the heart. We cannot answer what must be felt. When the heart and the mind are one, then we may understand. Bless you and all that is within you.....
