Mist of Toxic BloomA Poem by El ChicoThe year is 2012, the day we met.2012...a gathering of people. To watch you enter a room is to see 1940's theatre Peaked interest ripples across electric space in dreamy captivation My presence I know full well is felt like that of honesty, so give up your faked indifference and let us skip introductions so I can love you now as if it were tomorrow... and we had not just become aquainted My force is smooth-fast and deadly when it is you that meets my eye Become My Queen to unveil at my touch, and I shall become your King and reign all that is your future happiness This unspoken promise I gave at first sight when your heart was but a whisper of light in the shadows, calling me to capture you as night chases day forever escaping eachothers harrows 6 months later... This brown skin of mine feels clean in your hands, yet I enjoy to watch your morning shower endlessly, each splendid bubble takes me to memories of places only I have ever been the night before Like marshmellows in my mouth or visits to the dentist, you make me laugh And that is not an easy thing to do these days... Remember me in this life before you sleep to dream a Knights' tale, the kind only wishes can bring... for you I would grant them all This thing we shall not speak off Feb 14th leaves no Hallmark for you are here to stay, your unspoken promise I heard you say.
