A reveal of sorts

I welcomed you in

I left my door open just enough

After the last episode I thought i was done

You slipped inside with ease, played the perfect game

One you know well, I am never to win

That was before I knew the full effect

Now I live with each and every quark that has invaded my body with you

I'm not into this, this ain't my style

What you call me is not my name to give

I took you as I was always destined to do

My nature leaves no equivocation, no apology forthcoming, I just am

Relentless in my desire

A yearning born of the helix within

Never was I or you to escape our moments

Some things are meant to be, this feeling is one of those

I know that now

I'd like to feel the unattainable without imperfections

Deep down, I know I have been robbed of this by my past mistakes

Your presence is not fair to my stability

Somehow I'm off balance, easily jolted by the delicate moves you make into my space

Is that how it feels, this thing to you?

Great! There are such strong desires there! And it is so beautifully worded. When I first read the title, I thought that maybe this is a struggle between death and life... but it turned out to be very different.
"Let us be old together and lose our minds
You know my name now, be gentle with me
And I will be gentle with you"

These lines are really beautifully worded. It tells for company rather than letting go! I loved it a lot! :)
