In our life many silly silly problems have resemblance to itching temptation on skin. At initial stage of itching symptom, everybody feels to itch, at that particular invoking stage , if we resist to itch by controlling mind , that itching problem will end there itself.

In reality most of us unknowingly scratch the itching area, for that fraction of time we feel some sort satisfaction. But from that point of time , real problem originates. Because of first time itching cells will be damaged and microorganisms starts growing on that area, which provokes further intensified itching.This time , we knowingly itch that area that to rigorously
, which leads to further damage of skin cells and consequently more infection. Next time , whatever we do , however u control yourself , you will end up with itching that already wounded area. This time , while itching we experience sever pain with some sort strong comfortableness, but comfortableness prevails over pain. Reality is that , that itching satisfaction is momentary and pain is long lasting. So for a temporary desire we end up in long term illness.

If we had have controlled our fingers from itching for the first time that to when itching sensation was minimal, the problem would have ended there itself. Instead of that now we have to undergo long proper medication under doctor supervision.

So, we have to recognise all issues at early stage and find solutions for them as soon as possible. Don't dweell or juggle with a single problem. Even the same applies to all bad habits of human kind. So, it is necessary to master our mind , which controls our desires and associated actions. It is not as easy as it said to master our mind, but WE CAN...
