Dragon De Amor

Dragon De Amor

A Poem by Eric Kaun

Dragon de amor

Starts heavy, then slows down

Verse 1
Jackie sits upon
His wife’s casket,
And then a dragon
Comes from the sky.
The dragon smiles,
Its dragon smile.
And Jackie
Falls in love.

Chorus
Jackie boy,
Won’t you take a ride with me? (ride with meee)
Jackie boy,
Get on my back and then you’ll see! (you will seeee)
How this dragon can fly,
Take you up there, real high!
The only thing I ask of you,
Is that you love me!

Verse 2
And the dragon flew,
To the lair of lairs,
And threw Jackie
Onto its nest,
And a boy cried wolf,
And Jackie went a runnin,
Leavin the dragon
To please itself.

Bass solo
Humping instrumental x5

Chorus x2
Jackie boy,
Won’t you take a ride with me? (ride with meee)
Jackie boy,
Get on my back and then you’ll see! (you will see)
How this dragon can fly,
Take you up there, real high!
The only thing I ask of you,
Is that you love me!
