As they say in case of plane malfunction, we have to put the oxygen mask on ourselves before we can help someone else. Easier said than done sometimes...if we are too entangled it can feel as if they are we and we are they.

This is a challenge for most women. We need to remember to deposit good things into ourselves so we dont become depleted. That just leads to a vicious cycle of fighting depression, becoming overly tired and over whelmed. Nice thought provoking poem...Good Job!
