Blue Eyes

Blue Eyes

A Poem by EileenMarie

Blue was the color of desire to me

Likewise blue eyes meant serene

Until I met you

Evil that lives within you

Execrable is how you treat us

Your motives are clearly seen

Everything you do marked by jealously

Suffering soul that you are to me

You wrote this in a way that was seamless and capable of bringing out the contrast in your prior idea of what blue represented. Jealousy is always destructive in any relationship.

Nice writing.

No problem Eileen.
this was great! I have one suggestion and that's since it's about blue eyes why don't you make the letters that spell out blue eyes blue.

Wow thank you so much!
I thought red was the colour of desire...I'm sorry that such a lovely colour as blue was spoiled by evil...
