waking sequence

drowsy fallout

trepid conclusion

still mopping the windscreen

longing for something that's long gone

missed the train of thought

bound to mistake

I can't forget you

not looking for solutions

still moping, fighting disbelief

can't let go even after you're gone

throw me back in

impale me up from within

maybe the pain will confuse me

help me forget you

directionless

Sometimes it is hard to move on. Your poem shows the confusion often found in relationships. Having no capitals or punctuation help to make the poem flow. I thought it was rather good.

while punctuation signifies good writing, I have always held that in poetry it could confine the readers thought patterns.. and restrains imagination more often than not.. counterproductive :) thanks immensely astri :)

On the whole I agree, but no punctuation can sometimes make things a bit confusing for the reader. Punctuation can be put to good affect. ie, if you have a full stop in the middle of a line.
