A hollow space

A hollow space

A Poem by EdwardBlue

There's a hollow space inside of me where Savage cave bears dwell.
It runs so far ,so vast and deep it even has a smell.
A bloody nose ,burnt offerings and slightly putrid  wine.
Her tearful face ,and hasty pace is my warning sign.
For all through time Man has  feared the dark and what patiently waits within.
For all we know , For all this time ,a Cave Bear awaits in him

Your other self will get some trust with the smell... and if not, he walks proverbial into another way, like some bears do on the road... :)

A very intriguing write. I like your style of writing, it has a nice flow...I sense a lurking desire to let the (darkness) cave bear out. Well penned! :)
