Preface

I never thought you could become evil. But then again, I guess you could, but not like this.

 

There are certain vampires out there that have extra gifts. Edward Cullen can read minds. Alice Cullen can see the future, depending on the path you choose. Jasper Hale can control emotions, like calming down an angry mob. There is one power a vampire has, that is beyond evil.

 

Everybody thought this power was a myth. But, we found out the truth, in the most cruel way ever. It's so cruel, the royal vampires, the Volturi can't handle such a gift. It can lead to ultimate destruction, depending on the way you use it.

 

I lay here, facing death right now. The one killing me, is not who you would expect. Someone very close. Someone who doesn't kill humans at all this way. That's how cruel this power is.

How very different! I never expected someone to write a spinoff story of Twilight, and it already sounds so interesting. I have to say I didn't like twilight much after everyone started going crazy about it, but this I have to continue to read. Once a twilight fan, always one. This write is really great, though. You've set up a nice sense of suspense, which lives that reader thirsty for more! Kudos for your writing talent.
