The girl that ran away

There are things in this world that are hard to accomplish
She thought she could change him
So naive, so broken
He was eighteen, she was fifteen
Her best friend warned her about him
She didn’t listen
She broke her family’s hearts and ran away with him
She was too proud to let him go
They were gone for days with no word
He left her on the street afterwards
and he took her heart with him
She still loves him even after all he did
He used her
Now everything is a mess
Everything is black
