HauntedA Poem by EdenGreif and lossThe rain is full of ghosts tonight, And the yellow streetlamps illuminate, Each shimmering spirit, Floating weightlessly in the air. Gentle droplets come down, Tenderly kissing my cheek, As I step into the abyss of night, And search for you there. Do you exist somewhere in the, Grey looming clouds? Or the stars barely peeking through? In the patchy craters of the moon, I thought I saw you. The night air has become crisp and, Brings goosebumps to my skin. The nights were never this cold until you went, To join the ghosts swirling with the wind. © 2024 EdenAuthor's Note
