Angel

Angel

A Poem by Eden
"

This is my poem about what it feels like to have a crush on a woman at church (as a woman). Want to add more to it but not sure what direction to go. Could use some insights or any feedback <3

"

Angel

Everyone’s hands are clasped,

Fingers intertwined,

Heads bowed,

Eyes closed,

But I’m looking at her,

Lips,

Legs,

Lashes,

While she prays to remain holy,

And I pray I won’t always feel like a fraud.
