confused as I was I was still hungry. So I eat my lunch but my friends catch me staring so let the teasing begin...

Chapter 2. A little lunch time conversation

 

Ok, so even though I was mysified by his grace and charm I still had to eat. But even then I was stairing at him as he talked to my friends Tanner and joeseph. It was those eyes. Those green eyes that made him diffrent. The eyes that even though he laughed, still  looked frightend  and scared.  Those eyes made me zone out and not listen  to the plans for the sleep over tomorrow.

 We were 14 years old and still havng sleep overs. Every year since we were 6 we've stayed at Karlee's for thw whole weekend. Now 8 years later and we wanted to spice it up.

  "We should sleep outside." I said finally snapping back to reality although not taking my eyes off of him.

  "That's a great idea! It's perfect!" They all started planning it out. Amanda was bringing the tent big enough to fit our whole class in, and Steph was bringing her dvd projector so we could watch movies on the cealing of he tent. Karlee obviously had tons of dvd's(all of our favorites) so there was no problum there. Then Jewls, Aj, and I were bringing out gear, our sneaking gear that is. You see every year the boys next door try to ruin our party, and every year the've suceeded, but not this year. Jewls , Aj, and I were going to take them down.

  I spaced out again, still stairing at him. Then I relized I didn't know his name. He looked up as if he heard my thoughts. I looked down at my food as Amanda rambled on about how much fun it was going to be. That's when Aj noticed how I was acting.

 "Shells? are you ok?"She wispeard so that no one else would hear.

 "No, I don't think I am." There was no point it lieling to Aj, she'd know awnyway. She looked up over my head then looked back at me.

 "does it have to do with the new kid?"She hurridly wispeard.

"yeah how'd you-"

"he's comming this way." I gasped and glanced up. sure enough he was comming this way. I mentaly cursed and put my head all the way on the table. By now all of my friends at the table had noticed. They all stopped and froze in their place. Finally he got over to the table with a braod smile on his face. He lightly tapped on my shoulder and I looked up.

 "Hi, I"m jack finn."He said as he put out his hand for me to shake.

 "I-I'm shelly, Shelly Breen." I took his hand and shook it.

 "Well Shelly Breen, don't be embarassed."He leaned in closer  so he could whisper."I was stairing at you too." With that he winked and left. My friends started talking again all except Aj who was trying to get me out of my state of shock. But She couldn't, because The new kid, jack, was stairing at me. I knew that later I'd find a flaw with this but as for fight now, I just let the flaws in the world go. Since I did I didn't hear what karlee said. Which later wuld come to bite me in the butt. Like maybe, tomorrow. Yeah, it would be tomorrow.

you know what to forget. and ps Sorry, I took so long(not that anyone's actually reading this) but I kept writing it and my friends Bradley would find something wrong with it so I'd start over.
