THE ENDA Poem by Edmund S. ObumbaI'm trying to imagine the bad feeling that some people would have when they're about to die.
I see darkness
black chariots time stopped..pictures my past flashing speeding like shuffled cards All the hurt I caused all the laughter I bore regrets and satisfaction... it definately is the end I'm scared, but they're praying for me but the dark doesnt seem to go and the numbness is slowly creeping up my feet to my thighs I want to reach out and apologise reach out and say 'I love you' to all that matter and 'I forgive you' to all I erred but I cant..its the end.. the end... they lie to me,I'm going to see another day the air so abundant out there but so little in my lungs my belly cold and famished my jaws tight and rimmed I'm scared, but they're praying for me but i cant go back in time.. its the end... I shouldve known..I should've done this I should've. said this,I should have repented I should have listened,I should have acted... Premonition...damnation...Hell..God.. Satan... I...I'm...I'm s...ss...ss..oorr.... THE END. © 2013 Edmund S. ObumbaReviews
