I'LL KEEP MOVINGA Poem by Edmund S. ObumbaIts a true story about my struggle with unreciprocated love....Couldn't bear it anymoreI had this spark for you, fiery like a brimstone, stronger than Samson... deeper than the abyss,so so complete, had no crevice. I tried my best to show it, broke my bounds to make you feel, walked on hot coal, trod on pins, lost my pride, forsook my sanity... but all I saw were your palms, pushing me off the cliff. I bled so much inside, cried and blew my tears from my nose, mustered up in public, but sobbed in solitude. For days I tried and I persisted, but I kept falling further... someday i woke up, amidst the Vertigo, the plunge, and my ego arose like Lazarus, From the grave my senses came to work.. and i thought: "I wouldn't force blood from a guava" so I enjoyed the fall, and kept on moving, I'll keep on moving, from your aura... and leave you to your own self till then and forever, ill be moving.
