Reverse Prisions

Reverse Prisions

A Poem by Requs

Is this my fear, a past recollection
Looping the same tedious act…
Cower only if you need to
All you have to do is ask through prayer
Only if you need this stop
All you have to do is ask for a redemption
Only if you need to, only if you want this to stop

All you have left, is your mask intact
Give up, I’m able to reverse prisons
With my eyes now on the outside of the flask
In fact, I’ll add to your costume
Here is my cone hat
Bet your cold with your clothes now on my back

The same tedious act, same mask intact
So silly now wearing my cone hat
Now I’m the one who can point and laugh
Yeah, I’m the one who will now point and laugh

I cannot be sacred
You; my fear?!
It seems plainly ridiculous
This time, a time I check often from this point forward
Fear this time, your maker
Because he is your new predator

The same tedious act, same mask intact
So silly now wearing my cone hat
Now I’m the one who can point and laugh
Yeah now I’m the one who will now point and laugh
Now I’m the one… who reversed prisons

the revelation and the turning point
a nice piece of writing ,
The problem for those who are prison-makers
is they could well be making their own home ;-)
