A Wonderful Day

Here we go, again and again,

We wake up morning, getting ready for school,

If only we werent growing: getting older,

Then we can actually enjoy our time,

-Yes, True, But turn the page,

Theres a whole new world for us to explore,

A clear new day, a new generation,

But most of all its a Brand new story,

We all just need to slow ourselves down,

Stay at a care-free pace, follow the flow 

Socialize, relax, have fun, but keep going,

We're never in a hurry,

We are one, We are brave, We are kind, We are fast, We are strong, 

We are smart, We are sweet, We are caring--and daring, and will always

be young, No matter how old we grow. 

The meadow and fields, 

The streams and the lakes, 

The trees of the forest, 

The mountains among the valley, 

and even the stars beyond a horizon

Stare down at us and say, Have a Wonderful Day.
