Caffeine

Caffeine

A Poem by Ecoolarg
"

you are what you drink.

"

Tropical fever in the middle of the cold war

Odds are they just use you

Your scent your texture

Your dammed way of never feeling like those lips

Or maybe they just made you, and you are using them

Maybe you control us all, to call us your little flesh and bones pet

Sneaky little mana, ether of the droopy eyed

Control us like we think to control a river ‘stream

Our veins fill with you, and everything…just… goes berserker

Our breath its cut and speed up at the same time

And every second feel like the most minuscule possible reminisce of a night of passion

I at least can’t really quit you

Won’t even try …maybe just make everything less sweet

You don’t deserve to see me anxious

I’ll take reality like it’s a punch just to knock your filthy smile off of your ever-changing face

Some even say, you were a f*****g grain … its funny how it always come back to plants and grains

Guess I’ll thank you for now… caffeine
