About the Composer

A Poem by Emma Claire

She is a broken duet
Her immaculate complexion
is now incongruous--
perfection has reduced to blunder
Her vibratos,
are now shaky cries--
euphony has changed to screams
Her song,
is falling apart--
melody has grown to cacophony
Her audience has grown impatient
she tries to reassemble the notes--
but as of now, she
is a broken duet.

This is poetically pretty to my ears. There is something about your wording in this poem that really just made it a classical symphony for me. Beautifully done!
